4- Worn products or in unsalable condition will not be accepted for refund, store credit or exchange. 

5- Komax is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit or returned to the incorrect address.

6- No refunds will be given after 30 days have elapsed since the product was received.

7- Shipping charges are deducted from the refund balance, except for defect products.

Product returns shipped without a RAN # are NOT accepted nor eligible for a refund or store credit.
