If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason you can return it within 30-days after receiving the purchase and get a full refund or store credit (not including shipping charges).
Refund Notice:
1- Product returns must be in their original shape and packaging.
2- Only products purchased from shopkomax.com are available for a refund. We can't accept products purchased from other online or offline sources besides shopkomax.com.
3- A return can only be initiated when providing a receipt or your name, address, phone number, and a valid photo ID.
4- Worn products or in unsalable condition will not be accepted for refund, store credit or exchange.
5- Komax is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit or returned to the incorrect address.
6- No refunds will be given after 30 days have elapsed since the product was received.
7- Shipping charges are deducted from the refund balance, except for defect products.
8- Other restrictions may apply.
How to return a product?
Before returning any Komax product you must contact a customer care representative at1-833-566-2947, or email hello@shopkomax.com to initiate the return process and receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Product returns shipped without a RAN # are NOT accepted nor eligible for a refund or store credit.
